Je tu sice mo\u017enost nau\u010dit se uvolnit, \u00fazkostn\u00e9 my\u0161lenky a stavy ovl\u00e1dat. Je t\u0159eba se l\u00e9\u010dit, proto\u017ee stav se m\u016f\u017ee nen\u00e1padn\u011b zhor\u0161ovat.
